Doda : Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh on Wednesday visited Balwana in Tehsil Mohalla, assessed the progress of ongoing developmental works under various schemes there.
The inspection tour was prompted by public demands for improved road connectivity, particularly in light of the region’s challenging terrain and harsh weather conditions.
The locals emphasized the need for a reliable and safe road network to facilitate daily commute, trade, and commerce.
The DC Doda also engaged with local residents and assessed the condition of critical infrastructure.
Furthermore, the Deputy Commissioner also inspected the National Highway 244 (Doda-Kishtwar) evaluated the condition of the Highway, identified areas requiring immediate attention and repair.
