Srinagar : The Range Police Headquarters Baramulla on Wednesday distributed ten (10) computers and various laboratory equipments to different schools under the Civic Action Programme (CAP) 2023-24 across North Kashmir Range.
The event, held at Police Public School Baramulla was attended by key dignitaries, including DIG NKR Baramulla Maqsood-Ul-Zaman, and representatives from schools and the community. These schools include Madrassa Jamia Hidayatul Banat Kralhar, Gousia Educational Trust Old Town Baramulla, Police Public School Baramulla, Iqra Educational Institute Khumriyal Kupwara, Fatima Zohra Educational Institute Goose Kupwara, Muslim Model School Watpora Bandipora, Faiz-e-Aam Secondary School Bandipora, Ameen Memorial Educational Institute Dangiwacha Rafiabad, Rahmat-Ul-Alam Educational Trust Seelo Sopore and Child Care School Handwara.
In his address, DIG NKR Baramulla emphasized the importance of equipping young learners with digital tools & well-equipped laboratories. He expressed that this initiative is not just about providing equipment, it is about empowering our students, enriching their learning experiences, and preparing them for a future driven by technology. Interacting with students DIG NKR Baramulla, Maqsood-ul-Zaman advised the students of dreaming big, using the resources wisely, exploring new ideas, gaining new skills, and always stay curious for gaining knowledge. The representatives of the beneficiary schools, expressed gratitude on behalf of the students and staff, emphasizing how this support will enhance their teaching and learning experience.
