Srinagar: Chinar Corps Commander on Tuesday visited forward posts of Vajr Division in Gurez Sector Tuesday reviewed the security situation and operational preparedness.
Army spokesman said that Lieutenant General Rajiv Ghai motivated the troops to keep up the vigil and ensure that all inimical activities on the LoC are fittingly responded.
Earlier on Monday, Chinar Corps Commander visited Vajr Division, Kupwara & Tangdhar Sector today, to assess the security situation and review operational preparedness.
“During interaction with troops, he highlighted the importance of situational awareness and strict vigilance to effectively counter emerging challenges,” he added.
