Jammu: A constable of Jammu and Kashmir Police on Sunday died in an accidental firing from his own weapon inside his unit here, police sources said.
Jai Raj, 46, resident of Panj Grain Nagrota, died after his service weapon accidentally went off in Channi Himmat area, they said.
He was rushed to hospital after the incident but died on the way, police said.
