Pulwama: In a grand function, held at Check village of Tral in Pulwama district, the ‘Young Panthers’ cricket team has been officially launched in presence of prominent personalities of the area, following which jerseys were also unveiled and distributed among the players.
Embarking on a new chapter in cricket, the ‘Young Panthers’ team is headed by Captain Faizan Gulzar, Vice Captain Yasir Altaf, Advisor Showkat Ahmad Mir, Spokesperson Azhar Ayoub, and Coach Hamid Mir, while the team is dedicated to intertwining the thrill of cricket with an unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability.
Sponsored by Mashq Records, Mir Auto-Mobiles & Foot-Wear Zone, the Young Panthers aim not just to promote cricket among the youth but also actively address climate issues, positioning themselves as pioneers at the crossroads of sports and environmental advocacy.
