Shobhit Saksena assumes charge as SSP Kupwara

Srinagar : Shobhit Saksena officially took charge as the Senior Superintendent of Police SSP in Kupwara, here on Tuesday. A formal ceremony was held at the District Police Headquarters in Kupwara in this regard.
According to a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar, Shobhit Saksena was warmly received by the outgoing SSP, Yougal Manhas, along with other officers of the district. A guard of honor was presented to welcome the new SSP as official commencement of his tenure. The outgoing SSP, Yougal Manhas handed over the responsibility to Shobhit Saksena in a brief function at DPO Kupwara.
Upon assuming the charge, Shobhit Saksena held an introductory meeting during which he implored on every officer to maintain good relationship with the general public, ensuring accessibility/accountability to address their concerns.
