Srinagar : SSP Pulwama on Thursday chaired a grievance redressal camp at village Kanigam, a remote village in Pulwama district. SSP Pulwama Mohd Yousuf Choudhary along with SHO Police Station Pulwama listened patiently to the grievances raised by the public.
Addressing the even the SSP Pulwama assured the public that the police are committed to provide a secure environment for the people of the district. He emphasized the importance of community policing and urged the participants to lend their support and cooperation to the police in achieving this goal.
The SSP Pulwama also expressed the commitment of the police to wipe out terrorism and drugs from the society. He stressed that this can only be achieved with the cooperation and help of the general public. The public outreach programme and grievance redressal camp aimed to strengthen the bond between the police and the public, and to promote a sense of security and trust in the community.
