The workshop aimed to empower 250 Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) in the Education department with essential administrative and IT skills.
Workshop modules included in-depth coverage of Employee Service Conduct Rules, Leave Rules, JK Attendance Portal, and comprehensive awareness sessions on ULLAS, Vidyanjali, NBSM, UDISE Plus, Samiksha, Sparrow Portal, along with accounts-related platforms such as PMFS, BEAMS, JK PaySys, and the operation of GeM Portal GFR Rules.
A distinctive feature of this workshop was the incorporation of hands-on training within the technologically advanced ‘Teacher Informatics Centre,’ established under the Aspirational District program for this specific purpose.
