Painting and Debate Competition held at GDC Chatroo

Kishtwar:: Govt. Degree College chatroo organised a debate and painting competitions under vigiliance awareness week campaign. The events were held under the supervision of Principal of the college Dr Ved Kumar and convenorship of Prof. Chander Parkash NSS programme officer. These events were held regarding the celebration of vigiliance awareness week. In these events a large number of students participated. In Painting competition Kajol Devi of 5th sem. got first position Soniya Devi of 3rd sem. got second and Bisma Jaan of 3rd sem got third position respectively. In Debate competition Waseem Ahmed, Amir Reshi and Aqib Hussain got Ist, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively.Events were judged by Dr. Jaiwardhan Manhas, Dr. Imam and Dr Haq Nawaz. Winners of the said competitions were felicitated with certificates by the Principal of the college.These events were organised under the theme “say no to corruption: commit to the nation” The programme was coordinated by Dr. Jaswant Singh.
