The Prime Minister said the India’s approach in G20 was at Human Centric Vision instead of GDP Centric Approach.

“India has used the data of the Chandrayaan Mission in the interest of humanity. We have talked about sharing it with everyone. This is also proof of our commitment towards Human Centric Growth” he said.

“Be it transport, communication, health, education, every sector has been transformed. These new realities are part of our new global. This should be reflected in the structure” he added.

Speaking after taking over the G20 presidency from India, President of Brazil Luiz Inácio Lula da congratulated the Prime Minister Narendra Modi for “efficiently” leading the G20 bloc and holding “excellent work” in this summit.

He said that the Brazilian presidency of the G20 has three priorities, namely social inclusion and the fight against hunger, energy transition and sustainable development, and the reform of global governance institutions.
