Man injured in low intensity explosion in Jammu outskirts

Jammu: A man suffered injuries in a low intensity explosion took place in Chatha area here in the city outskirts.
Senior Superintendent of Police, Jammu, Chandan Kohli said that a man from Chatha area of Jammu has received injuries after a low intensity explosion in the house of his brother.
“Initial investigation revealed that the explosive material of low intensity was kept in the house for the purpose of illegal act of animal hunting and traps,” said the SSP.
He added that injured person is under treatment.
“A case under relevant sections of law is registered and investigation has been set into motion,” said the SSP.
