Theft case solved in Handwara, accused arrested: Police

Srinagar : Police Saturday said that it has solved a theft case by arresting an accused person involved in the commission of crime.
In a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters Srinagar Police said that during the course of investigation of case FIR No. 36/2023 of PS Kralgund pertaining to the theft of cash amount of Rs. 35,000, the accused person identified as Mohammad Ramzan Ganie S/o Mukhtiyar Ganie R/o Nowpora Sopore has been arrested and stolen cash has been also recovered from his possession.
Police in the concluding para of it’s above quoted statement warned that people found indulging in criminal activities shall be dealt as per law and also appealed people to share information regarding the crimes in their neighbourhood with the local police units.
