Nature has bestowed us with pure and healthy food in different forms for our survival. Every living creature consumes food from simpler to complex forms. Some consume liquid food, some solid food etc. every living organism has special and unique body structure, capability and performing functions different from each other. Medical science is getting advanced day by day but at the same time we are involved in lethal diseases as well. Humans are the most beautiful creatures on this planet, mentioned in the holy book of Quran. So humans have an eminent capacity for revolutionizing the world in different aspects. We are not concerned about our good health. We are very irresponsible regarding it. We should keep in our minds that food is a basic requirement of the body and must contain all the basic components like vitamins, proteins, fibres, minerals. It is not possible that we get all basic components within a single food item. We are supposed to eat all the food items available that too on a regular basis to make our body disease free. Our body needs an adequate amount of calories on a daily basis. We should get to know the benefits of different food items we are having in different forms. Most of us are well aware about the benefits of fresh fruits and vegetables. As the fresh green leafy vegetables are beneficial for our good health and contain vitamins, fibers and minerals like iron, calcium etc. In my articles I am trying to get you know about the benefits of different food stuffs like benefits of vegetables, benefits of fruits, eggs, milk etc. so that you must get aware how our health is important and what are the best food items we must use regularly.
Today I am going to let you know about the benefits of green chilli which has been used as condiments (used as tasty flavour) like chutny, pickles, salts, etc. in Indian culture for centuries. Green chilli is being cultivated in different parts of the world from small scale to large scale. Green chilli can be consumed raw, improved bowel movement and reduced risk of ulcers. It maintains cell health and prevents cell damage by reducing blood cholesterol levels in the body. Green chilli plays a beneficial role in protecting heart diseases like heart attack and stroke. Contain fibres which are beneficial for the diabetic patients. Green chilli is packed with iron, which improves haemoglobin and helps the body fight against fatigue and weakness. Contain vitamin B which increases the energy level in the body. Packed with calcium, phosphorus, magnesium which help and maintain bone health? The antioxidant property of green chillies protects the body against free radicals. It stimulates the respiratory system and provides relief during sinus and cold infections. It improves blood circulation. Green chilli is rich in vitamin C which improves the immune system and has great importance. Those who are getting stomachache, and getting some other issues may avoid it.
