Piping ceremony held at DPO G’bal

Srinagar : Piping ceremony of recently inducted 5 officials as ASI(S) was on Monday held during an impressive ceremonial function at District Police Office Ganderbal here.
According to a statement issued from Zonal Police Headquarters, Srinagar here police said the inducted officers were decorated with their new ranks by SSP Ganderbal Nikhil Borkar and Dy SP (HQ) Ganderbal. Besides, other senior officers were also present on the occasion.
Police said, on the occasion, SSP Ganderbal congratulated the newly promoted in-service Police personnel for getting selected as ASI (S) through recently held departmental Examination conducted by PHQ J&K. He advised them to continue doing work with more enthusiasm, zeal and zest and highest degree of dedication. He emphasized upon them that promotion is not only about upgrading the status but it also adds more responsibilities and challenges in the working team spirit in J&K Police. The SSP Ganderbal later wished the newly promoted officers good luck in future. The promoted officers pledged to work with zeal and enthusiasm in future also and ensured better public services.
