Una (HP): Union Home Minister, Amit Shah on Sunday assured the people that give us five more years we shall make Himachal Pradesh drug-free and thereby save the next generation from its wrath.

While addressing a massive election rally at Mehatpur in Una district today, he said that Pakistan sends drugs from the borders of Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir for which antidrug steps had already been initiated by the central government through its forces.

He said that people should give one more chance to the BJP government to end drugs. We will make Himachal and Punjab completely drug-free.

Shah said that in the greed of the vote bank, Congress did not respect the people and instead minted the money.

He came down heavily on the Congress party and its leaders namely Rahul, Sonia, and Manmohan Singh for always playing the vote politics through its appeasing policies towards the minorities.

He said that the Congress party did not allow the construction of the Ram temple after 75 years. When Modi became PM for the second time, he did the work of laying the foundation of the temple at Ram Janmabhoomi. He told the youth to book a ticket to Ayodhya on January 1, 2024, to see Ramlala will be seated in the skyscraper temple there.

He said that this vote is not for making Satpal Satti MLA or minister and Jai Ram Thakur as CM. This vote is to be given for the creation of a great India under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi.

He said it is the year of Amrit Mahotsav of Independence and the Golden Jubilee of Himachal Pradesh.

Your vote will not make anyone MLA, minister, and CM. When we celebrate the centenary of independence, then we will work to make a powerful and prosperous India in the whole world. BJP workers have gone with this goal. PM has put full emphasis to fulfill the said target in 8 years.

Union Home Minister said that we are not among those who are afraid of vote banks. We abolished Article 370, whereas Congress carried on this mistake of Jawaharlal Nehru in its lap for 70 years.

He said when he moved the bill in the parliament, they used to say that if you touch Article 370, then rivers of blood will flow. Taking a jibe at Rahul, he said that we have removed Article 370. Leave the rivers of blood, no one dared to run pebbles.

Amit Shah said that now it is not Mouni Baba, but Narendra Modi is the PM of the country who gave the message to the world that does not tamper with the country’s border and the country’s army otherwise you have to face the consequences.

Shah said Modi worked to secure the country. When the Congress government was in power for 10 years, there used to be infiltration from Pakistan, and the heads of our soldiers used to be chopped off, but Mouni Baba Manmohan Singh would not even do it. The Union Home Minister took a jibe at Rahul Gandhi and said that he is on a journey and will not come here, but Congresspeople will come, and definitely ask him about One Rank One Pension.

Who did not give one rank one pension for so many years and that was given by Narendra Modi in 2014. Amit Shah said that the BJP government has done a lot of work for development.

He gave a clarion call to the people to vote for the BJP for their own welfare as the BJP was their benefactor.
