Srinagar, Jammu: The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Thursday said that 30 fresh positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19)including nine (9) from Jammu division and 21 from Kashmir Valley reported till Thursday evening raised the total number of positive cases to 478871.
Government in it’s Thursday’s Covid Bulletin also said that moreover, 58 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals including 08fromJammu division and 50from Kashmir division, Stating therein further that also, 14,022 doses of COVID Vaccines have been administered in the last 24 hours, bringing the cumulative number of doses administered across Jammu and Kashmir to 2,44,98,577.
According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Corona virus (Covid-19), out of 478871 positive cases, 269 are Active Positive (114in Jammu Division and 155 in Kashmir Division), 473818 have recovered and 4784 have died; 2351 in Jammu division and 2433 in Kashmir division.
Providing district-wise breakup for positive cases for Thursday, the Bulletin informs that in Kashmir division, Srinagar reported 10 cases, Baramulla reported 02 cases, Budgam 01 case, Pulwama reported 02 cases, Kupwara reported 05 cases, Anantnag reported 01 case, Bandipora reported 00 case, Ganderbal reported 00 cases, Kulgam reported 00 case and Shopian also reported no fresh cases for Thursday.
Similarly in Jammu division, Jammu reported 04 cases, Udhampur 00, Rajouri 00, Doda 00, Kathua 00, Samba 00, Kishtwar 00, Poonch 00, Ramban 00 and Reasi reported 05 fresh cases for Thursday.
The bulletin informs that in case of any help, the general public can call J&K Centralised Health Helpline- Toll Free No. 104.In case of emergency, people can avail free ambulance services 24×7 by calling toll free number 108 while as pregnant women and sick infants can avail free services by dialling toll free number 102, the bulletin reads. It also said that the public can reach national helpline by dialling 1075.
