Police facilitates PCPG meeting in Pulwama

Pulwama : As a part of Public outreach programme, Police in Pulwama facilitated a PCPG meeting at Police Station Litter. The meeting was held while following social distancing norms and other protocols.
According to a police statement issued on Wednesday the meeting was chaired by SDPO Litter Nisar Ahmad accompanied by SHO Police Station Litter, besides other police officers were also present. The meeting was attended by respectable citizens of village Lassipora, Tumlihal, Zasoo and Tantraypora.
During the meeting, the participants raised various issues pertaining to Police and civil authorities.
The chairing officers assured them that their genuine grievances pertaining to Police will be resolved on priority while as the issues pertaining to civil administration will be taken up with concerned authorities for their early redressal.
The participants were also requested to co-operate with Police in maintaining law & order and in identifying anti-national & anti-social elements in the area. The participants in the meeting assured their full co-operation to Police in tackling social evils and also appreciated the efforts of Police in facilitating community interaction meets where participants express their opinions freely.
