Hotel gutted in Ganderbal blaze

Ganderbal : A hotel in Kangan area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district was damaged in a devastating fire incident on Monday.
Reports said that fire broke out Monday morning at Hotel Snow land and resorts in Mammar.
However, in the incident, the building suffered massive damage.
Soon after the incident, the fire and emergency men rushed to the spot and doused the flames.
Meanwhile, District Development Council (DDC) Chairperson Ganderbal, Nuzhat Ishfaq visited Mamer Kangan and met the owner/ fire victim whose Hotel was gutted in a fire incident.
Nuzhat expressed shock and sorrow over the damage caused to the hotel by the fire incident.
While expressing solidarity with the fire victim, the DDC Chairperson said administration should ensure speedy relief and rehabilitation at all costs.
She implored the authorities to do whatever is necessary in ensuring speedy and dignified rehabilitation and compensation. She assured them that she would leave no stone unturned in ensuring they get adequate compensation enabling them to recuperate from this tragedy
