Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav’ Celebrations; Pulwama Police organizes cleanliness drive

Srinagar: As part of ongoing country wide celebrations of Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav, Pulwama Police organized a cleanliness drive in Pulwama town.
DC Pulwama Shri Basser- Ul- Haq Choudhary-IAS, SP Pulwama Shri Ashish Mishra-IPS, ASP Pulwama Shri Tanveer Ahmad-JKPS, DySP DAR Pulwama Qazi Shamas-ul-Muzafar, SDPO Litter, SDPO Kakapora and other officers of District Police Pulwama alongwith other ranks participated enthusiastically in the drive.
During the drive, roads, sideways & footpaths small drains were sanitized from Drusoo to main chowk Rajpora by way of using disinfect chemicals. Apart from this, various schools were painted to give proper getup and the compounds of said schools were also cleaned. The boundary wall of Central Boys High School Pulwama was also cleaned.
General public of the area have appreciated the efforts taken by the Police.
