Budgam: A delegation lead by Senior Leaders of Hakeem Yaseen’s People’s Democratc Front (PDF), including Javed Beigh from Beerwah, Budgam and Mushtaq Shameem Friday visited Sukhnag and Rathsun blocks of Budgam DDC constituency on the directions of the party president Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen to congratulate and falicitate newly elected DDC members, Rozia Manzoor and Khurshid Ahmad sheikh, who have emerged victorious from Sukhnag and Rathsun, respectively.
Senior party leader PDF and incharge Beerwah Constituency Javed Beigh was accompanied by dozens of party functionaries and hundreds of party workers. While speaking on the occasion, Javed Beigh congratulated Rozia Manzoor and Khurshid Ahmad Sheikh on their respective victories and reiterated the PDF party’s stand on Article 370 and 35A to restore the statehood of J&K. He also stressed upon the role of DDC members in development and good governance of their respective blocks. He explained the role and responsibilities of DDC members to the gathered crowd. Javed Beigh also stressed upon the need for the immediate and timely redressal of problems faced by the people of Budgam district on daily basis and urged the local administration to be proactive during the harsh winter of Chilla-i-Kalan period and provide basic necessities to people on priority basis.
