AWWAL ATTHAIS holds debate competition for the kids on top “Industrialisation in Kashmir: Need of the hour”

Srinagar: In continuation with the aim to raise social awareness amongst the locals AWWAL ATTHAIS conducted a debate competition for the kids of AGS Chandigam on the topic “Industrialisation in Kashmir: Need of the hour”.
The aim was to channel the thoughts of young minds towards upcoming development in Kashmir valley. The effort saw lots of enthusiasm from the participants who were eager to bring forth their views and showcase their exemplary oratory skills.
The event was organised in two categories first being for the students of upto eighth standard and second for students of ninth standard and beyond.
Best speakers for and against the motion in both categories were awarded prizes. The kids were hopeful that the Army will provide them more such platforms for brainstorming on the major issues affecting the valley.
