Pulwama: For Phase Ist of District Development Council (DDC), Panchayat by-election for the vacant Sarpanch and Panch seats, 4 candidates withdrew their candidature on November 16th the last date of withdrawal of nominations.
For the Phase 2nd of DDC, Panchayat bye-elections as many as 95 nomination papers were received for Tral and Shadimarg partly of the district Tuesday on the last date of filing nomination papers.
The last date for withdrawal of the candidature for 2nd phase is November 19.
