7 DCs’ among 16 top babus shifted

Srinagar/May,26: The state government Thursday ordered transfers in different districts of Kashmir. As per four transfer orders, at least 16 officers have been transferred, which include deputy commissioners of seven districts.
As per government order no. 698-GAD of 2017, Sarmad Hafeez, IAS(JK:2009), Labour Commissioner, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation, relieving Director, Tourism, Kashmir of the additional charge of the post.
And Dr Abdul Rashid, KAS, Director, Stationery and Office Supplies, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Labour Commissioner, J&K, vice Sarmad Hafeez.
As per another order no. 699-GAD of 2017, Anshul Garg, IAS (JK:2013), Additional Deputy Commissioner, Budgam, has been transferred and posted as additional Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, vice Piyush Singla, IAS.
In its third order, no. 700-GAD of 2017, Piyush Singla, IAS(JK:2012), Additional Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal, vice Tariq Hussain Ganai.
Mohammad Aijaz, IAS(JK:2012), Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, vice Manzoor Ahmad Qadri.
Talat Parvez Rohella, KAS, Mission Director, ICDS, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, vice Showkat Aijaz Bhat.
Tariq Hussain Ganai, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, vice Mohammad Aijaz.
Munir-ul-Islam, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, has been transferred and posted as Director, Information, J&K, relieving Arun Kumar Manhas, KAS, additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu of the additional charge of the post.
Showkat Aijaz Bhat, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, has been transferred and posted as Director, area planning and ex-officio special secretary to the government.
Mohammad Harun, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Budgam, against an available vacancy.
Tariq Ahmad Zargar, KAS, Mission Director, Rashtriya Uchachatar Shiksha Abhiyan, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, vice Mohammad Harun.
Ghulam Mohammad Dar, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, vice Munir-ul- Islam.
Khalid Jahangir, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Home Department, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, vice Ghulam Mohammad Dar.
While as in fourth order, government in its order no.701-GAD of 2017, has made following transfers.
Sunita Anand, KAS, Additional Commissioner (Central) in the office of Financial Commissioner, Revenue, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission, vice Shakeel-ul- Rehman Rather.
Shakeel-ul-Rehman Rather, KAS, Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the government, Finance Department.
And Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Shopian, has been transferred and posted as additional director, SKIMS and ex-officio special secretary to the government, against an available vacancy
