Qayoom Wani condoles the demise of Sardar Janak Singh Sodi President Shiromani Akal Dal Kashmir

Srinagar:Senior Trade Union leader and former President Employees Joint Action Committee (EJAC) Ab Qayoom Wani on Monday condoled the demise of Sardar Janak Singh Sodi President Shiromani Akali Dal Kashmir.
In a statement issued here on Monday Wani expressed his grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Former President GPC Baramulla and President Shiromani Akal Dal Kashmir . Wani said that the deceased was a man with human heart and served the Society in different capacities with convection and sence of belonging and was well known face of Civil Society Baramulla. Wani said that the deceased has dedicated his life for the poor and deprived section of the Society and always worked tirelessly for strengthening the brotherhood and communal hormony. Wani prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and also expressed sympathy and solidarity with the bereaved family especially with Shri Ranbir singh sodi and Shri Dalbir singh sodi at this difficult time.
The government had on March 6 constituted the Delimitation Commission, to be headed by former Supreme Court judge Ranjana Prakash Desai, to redraw Lok Sabha and Assembly constituencies of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and the northeastern states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and Nagaland. Election Commissioner Sushil Chandra and state election commissioners of Jammu and Kashmir and the four states will be its ex-officio members.
Union minister Kiren Rijiju, and Tapir Gao will represent Arunachal Pradesh. Assam will be represented by Pallab Lochan Das, Abdul Khaleque, Rajdeep Roy, Dilip Saikia and Naba (Hira) Kumar Sarania. The 15 MPs include two Union ministers — Kiren Rijiju and Jitendra Singh.
Associate Members: No dissenting or disagreement powers, not even veto powers
