Kathua | November, 05: A 50-year-old man from Bihar, identified as Samiullah, was found dead near Hattli Morh in Kathua district on Thursday.
Officials said locals spotted him lying unconscious near a mulberry tree and informed the police, who evacuated him to Government Medical College Kathua, where doctors declared him brought dead. Medico-legal formalities are being conducted before the body is handed over to his family, and an investigation into the cause of death is underway.
