Jammu : Abdul Rahim Rather, the Speaker of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Monday received a warm welcome from senior officers and staff as the Darbar Move offices opened in Jammu for the winter session.
During his interaction with the Assembly Secretariat, he commended the dedication and commitment of the staff in ensuring the efficient functioning of the Secretariat. The Speaker highlighted the necessity of maintaining high standards of professionalism, discipline, and efficiency in their official duties. He called for enhanced coordination among all branches of the Secretariat to facilitate timely processing of official matters and to ensure effective service delivery. Furthermore, Rather emphasized the importance of a responsive and transparent approach to legislative affairs, aiming to uphold the dignity and responsibilities of the Legislature.
