Srinagar | Oct, 31:Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday administered the Unity Pledge to Lok Bhavan officials, staff members and security personnel on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, marking the 151st birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
