Srinagar | Oct, 30: A Youth Festival under the banner of Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue 2027 was organised Friday at Kashmir Government Polytechnic, Gogji Bagh, Srinagar, with enthusiastic participation of boys and girls.

The festival provided a platform for young participants to showcase their creativity, artistic abilities and cultural talent through various competitions and activities, including folk performances, dance, music, Nukkad Natak (street play), painting and poetry.

The event aimed to encourage youth participation, promote India’s rich cultural heritage and provide opportunities for young people to express their ideas, creativity and perspectives through art and cultural activities.

Approximately 235 participants took part in the programme, reflecting the enthusiasm, talent and active involvement of the youth in constructive and meaningful engagements.

The festival was conducted in a spirit of cultural participation, creative expression and youth empowerment, in line with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, which recognises the important role of young people in nation-building.

The programme concluded with an emphasis on encouraging youth to actively contribute towards a progressive, inclusive and developed India.
