The initiative, organized by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Student Chapter within the Departments of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT), included expert interactions, awareness sessions, and a hands-on bug hunt competition. Director Prof. Anurag Misra underscored the critical importance of cybersecurity, urging students to bolster their technical skills to foster a secure digital environment. Other key figures, including Registrar Prof. Atikur Rehman and Dean Prof. Roohie Naaz Mir, highlighted the significance of technological innovation and practical learning in the field. The Chief Guest, Ms. Jyoti Kushwaha from the BIS, emphasized the necessity for digital awareness and vigilance against cyber threats. In the Bug Hunt competition, Team 404 Found, consisting of B.Tech students, claimed first place and a cash prize of ₹10,000.
