Brief Light Rain/Snow Expected On Oct 29 Over Higher Reaches
Srinagar, Oct 27: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar on Tuesday said that weather is expected to remain generally dry in Jammu and Kashmir till November 6 with no significant weather activity.
An official of MeT told GNS as per the forecast, October 27-28 will remain generally dry, while there is possibility of brief spell of light rain/light snow over higher reaches at scattered to many places towards October 29 late afternoon/evening.
October 30 will remain generally dry with cloudy weather and brief spell of light rain at isolated districts towards afternoon, while October 31 will be generally dry.
The MeT said November 1-3 will be partly cloudy and November 4-6 will be generally dry with brief spell of light rain/light snow over higher reaches at isolated places.
“Overall, nothing significant till 6th November,” the MeT said.(GNS)
