Anantnag : The Rouble Nagi Art Foundation (RNAF) on Saturday organised its second blanket distribution drive at Tanzeemul Madaris Ahlisunat Sufi, Jammu and Kashmir, in Anantnag district, distributing blankets among 117 students ahead of the winter season.
The initiative, led by Rouble Nagi, founder of the foundation, aimed to provide warmth to students from underserved communities and support their well-being during the colder months.
The foundation said the drive was part of its efforts to address children’s basic needs alongside their education, with a focus on health, dignity and overall development.
RNAF has also been running a computer centre at the madrasa for the past four years to provide students with access to digital education and basic computer skills.
The centre aims to improve digital literacy, help students become familiar with technology and bridge the digital divide among children with limited access to such facilities.
The foundation said its educational and humanitarian initiatives were intended to create a supportive environment for children by combining learning opportunities with assistance to meet their essential needs.
The blanket distribution drive forms part of its continuing efforts to support students in underserved communities across the region.
