Highlighting the importance of timely claim resolutions, the Divisional Commissioner urged all Deputy Commissioners to fast-track the verification of pending cases and enhance coordination among district administrations, SDMs, tehsil offices, and the Custodian Department. Deputy Commissioners were tasked with organizing awareness camps, conducting field visits, reaching out to beneficiaries individually, and collaborating with relevant organizations to help facilitate the submission of applications and necessary documents. While reviewing cases sent to the Custodian Department, the Divisional Commissioner instructed the concerned officers to quickly address any observations and deficiencies and to resubmit the cases without delay. He also emphasized the need for additional staffing, including Patwaris and other revenue personnel, wherever necessary to speed up verification and processing.
