Srinagar, Oct 13: The Meteorological Department on Tuesday forecast generally cloudy weather with light to moderate rain and light snowfall over higher reaches at many places of Jammu and Kashmir from October 13 to 15.
An MeT official told GNS that thunder, gusty winds and hailstorm may also occur at isolated places during the period.
The MeT said that no significant weather activity is expected thereafter, with generally dry weather likely to prevail from October 16 to 25.
People have been advised to plan accordingly and follow weather advisories.(GNS)
