Athar directs Time-Bound Action on pending Bank Cases, Training, UdyamJagriti and ONDC targets
Budgam| Sept, 28:Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, Athar Aamir Khan, Monday chaired a Review Meeting-cum-SBDU/DLIC Meeting to assess progress under Mission YUVA and review implementation of various targets in the district.
The meeting was attended by ADDC Budgam, Vivek Agarwal, Joint Director Planning, GM DIC, Chief Agriculture Officer, Principal Polytechnic Nagam, Superintendents of ITI Budgam and Charar-i-Sharief, Lead District Manager and other concerned officers.
The Deputy Commissioner reviewed the status of pending bank cases, hybrid training, capacity building, UdyamJagriti, Hackathon, ONDC onboarding and Completion/WIP reporting.
Taking note of pending cases with banks, he directed the concerned banks to undertake thorough scrutiny and ensure timely sanction and disbursement on priority. He directed immediate enrolment of all disbursed cases pending under Hybrid Training and stressed close follow-up for timely completion.
Under UdyamJagriti, the Deputy Commissioner directed coverage of all SHG members and awareness programmes in uncovered Panchayats. He also directed College Principals, Placement Coordinators and IIC Coordinators to intensify participation in the UdyamJagriti 5.0 Hackathon.
On capacity building, the DC directed expeditious enrolment of eligible beneficiaries, with DLIC-approved and disbursed cases to be taken up on priority. He stressed that there should be no delay between approval and training enrolment.
Under ONDC, the Deputy Commissioner directed accelerated onboarding of products and called for timely submission of Completion/WIP Reports for all disbursed cases. He directed all concerned officers and stakeholders to ensure close monitoring, effective coordination and strict adherence to timelines for effective implementation of Mission YUVA.
