Srinagar, | Sept: 24:Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, has expressed profound grief over the demise of S. S. Rizvi, a retired IAS officer of the erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir cadre, who served in several key administrative positions during his illustrious career.
Recalling his service as Deputy Commissioner, Leh, Additional Chief Secretary and Joint Secretary to the Government of India, the Chief Secretary said that Rizvi’s long administrative career reflected his dedication to public service and his contribution to governance at both the regional and national levels.
Describing his passing as a loss to the administrative fraternity, Dulloo conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
