Budgam | September, 18: A 21-year-old youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his residence in the Qadi Pora area of Budgam during the intervening night of Thursday and Friday. Officials said local police were alerted after the youth was discovered unresponsive inside his home.
Police teams reached the spot and took custody of the body, identifying the deceased as Shafat Hussain (21), a resident of Qadi Pora. Authorities confirmed that the body would be handed over to the family following mandatory medico-legal formalities, while formal investigative proceedings into the cause of death have been launched.
