Srinagar | September, 16: The body of a man was recovered near the Ring Road in the Gotapora area of Budgam district on Wednesday afternoon. Officials said local residents spotted the body lying near the highway and alerted the local police station immediately.
A police team arrived at the scene, took custody of the body, and identified the deceased as Arif Farooq Bhat, a resident of Margalarry Dharmuna. Authorities confirmed that an investigation has been initiated to ascertain the exact cause of death.
