Srinagar | September, 14: Jammu and Kashmir has recorded near-normal seasonal precipitation despite notable month-to-month fluctuations, weather officials said.
July witnessed 35 percent excess rainfall across the Union Territory, whereas August recorded a 25 percent rainfall deficit due to inconsistent spells. Officials said the combined seasonal total remains balanced, though precipitation patterns continue to fluctuate.
