Jammu| September, 14: Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police Nalin Prabhat, accompanied by Inspector General of Police, Jammu Zone, Tejinder Singh, reviewed ongoing anti-terror operations in Poonch district, with a particular focus on the presence and activities of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists.
The DGP took stock of the operational situation and ongoing efforts to track and neutralise terrorist elements in the district.
The review comes amid continued security operations in the Pir Panjal region aimed at preventing terrorist infiltration and disrupting the activities of Pakistan-backed terror networks.
