Handwara | September 09: Police on Wedneday said that Handwara Police has seized four trucks carrying illegally extracted mining materials during a check at the Police Naka at Police Post Chogul.
In a statement issued here on Wednesday Police said that vehicles were impounded, and relevant legal proceedings have been initiated, reiterating therein its commitment to curb unauthorized mining practices within the district.
