Baramulla | September 09: Police on Wednesday said that Police Station Gulmarg intensified traffic enforcement measures from September 01 to September 07, taking action against 22 vehicles for various traffic violations.
In a statement issued here on Wednesday Police said that vehicles bear registration numbers: JK05-6324, JK05N-8376, JK05Q-7639, JK05P-0996, JK05Q-8515, JK05E-2597, JK05L-8435, JK05Q-9044, JK05Q-3634, JK02M-8134, JK05P-7032, JK05L-8050, JK05Q-0739, JK05B-9796, JK05F-4046, JK05N-2133, JK05-3181, JK22A-1867, JK01Q-6294, JK05N-5087, UP12-6128, and JK02BN-2116.
In its statement Police reiterated its commitment to enforce road safety and disciplined driving, in the heavy-traffic tourist zone of Gulmarg. Drivers were urged to carry valid documentation, wear helmets/seatbelts, and avoid negligent driving.
