Kathua | September, 8: A CRPF head constable died after suddenly collapsing at a college premises in the Maroli area of Lakhanpur, Kathua district, on Saturday. Officials said fellow personnel immediately rushed him to Government Medical College (GMC) Kathua for emergency medical care.
However, attending doctors at the hospital declared the jawan dead on arrival. The deceased was identified as Rakesh Kumar, a resident of Sikar, Rajasthan. Police officials said necessary inquest proceedings have been initiated to establish the cause of death.
