Anantnag : The SSP Anantnag Amod Ashok Nagpure on Saturday chaired a review meeting with Probationary Sub-Inspectors (PSIs) at DPO Anantnag to assess training, operational preparedness, and investigation performance.
During the meeting, the SSP reviewed the progress of ongoing investigations, evaluating the quality and timely disposal of pending cases. He emphasized strict adherence to due legal procedures and professional standards. The operational preparedness and field performance of the officers were also scrutinized, with a focus on alertness and rapid response capabilities. Furthermore, training requirements were discussed to enhance the officers’ overall professional capabilities and procedural knowledge.
He directed the PSIs to maintain high professional standards, ensure effective supervision, and continuously improve their performance across training, field operations, and case investigations.
