Sopore, September 06: A man lost his life after reportedly falling beneath a moving truck in the Chankhan area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Sunday.
According to officials, the incident occurred when the man accidentally fell and came under the moving vehicle, suffering critical injuries. He was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
The deceased has been identified as Ghulam Nabi Ganie, son of Mohammad Ramzan Ganie, a resident of Untoo Hamam, Sopore.
Police have initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances leading to the fatal incident.
