Srinagar : A delegation from the Executive Committee of the Alumni Association of NIT Srinagar (AANITS) on Saturday met Director, Prof. Anurag Misra, to formally welcome him and discuss enhancing the relationship between the Institute and its alumni.
The meeting focused on fostering greater alumni involvement in various academic, professional, and developmental initiatives at NIT Srinagar. Key attendees included the Dean and Associate Dean of Alumni & International Affairs, along with faculty members who contributed to discussions on improving alumni engagement. The delegation also addressed the upcoming SANGAM 4 — NIT Srinagar Global Alumni Meet, scheduled for May 29-31, 2027, exploring initial ideas for the event and strategies to strengthen the global alumni network. The AANITS delegation including key executive members, expressed a strong commitment to collaborating with the Institute administration and the Office of Alumni & International Affairs to enhance the connection between NIT Srinagar and its alumni worldwide.
