History has witnessed the emergence of, a number of human personalities on its screen, who left deep imprints on the minds and lives of People. Some of them corroded the image of humanity and some of them painted it beautifully, but a minute minority of them had been there to change it in totality,Who changed their way of thinking and practical life. The value of time factor in designing a human personality is profound. Time factor exercise it’s influence on the process of personality synthesis through the implement of situations and conditions. There is a common and or dumb down him. But it depends upon the seriousness of an individual whether he is harvesting an advantage out of it or not. Those who take the advantage of opportunities develop themselves into the personalities of respective levels. Those who show reluctances, sluggishness and laziness put themselves hidden under the wrinkles of failures. This is a common rule for the rise and decline of a human personality. Human history has seen this type of phenomenon of personality development on large scale. Politicians, philosophers, scientists, jurists, doctors, conquerors, kings etc all have manipulated their opportunities of life very efficiently and presented their precious gifts to the world.
The world will remain grateful to their valuable services forever. But none of them had been the inventor of situations but profiteers. Their personalities are the product of situations and conditions. Opportunities created their personalities. They went on to mend the single dimension of life .All of them had consumed their potential in the understanding of single dimension of time. Their juice of efficacy had been consumed by a single branch of life. They are hero in one field but zero in other. They can be regarded as the heroes in their respective fields but not the exemplary model or ultimate leader for whole fields of life. Because to hold the crown of being absolute leader of humanity in all fields his life must be composition of balanced sectors of life. He must be a hero in material world as well as in the spiritual world. He must be successful in the words of Michael Heart “on both secular and spiritual levels”. Maulana Naeem sadiqui writes in his book’ Mohsin Insaniyat ‘; “When we study the biographies of such great personalities of the world, we See that their juice of potentialities have been sucked by single branch of life and the other branches remained dry. One aspect of their life seems very bright but other is dark…”
In the desert of Arab, man was unaware about the concept of civilization and morality. There were no rays of opportunities that would have attracted any one of the Arab towards any field of human civilization. That is the reason there was no king, philosopher, scientists etc. for a long span of time. Although a specific sort of knowledge was being rotated among them and that was going to be manipulated by them in propagating the message for which they were destined to hold the status of upholder. They were unknown to the human dignity and respect. They accepted everything as god which was massive in in its outlook. Mountain was god for them, River was god for them, and stone was god for them. When all the natural things were carrying a sense of holiness for them. None of them was subjected to the Research and investigation. Due to which they remained in complete darkness. No concept of Arab empire and Arab civilization was going to form a background for any revolutionary personality to lay down a firm and solid foundation for future practical Plan. There was no scope of moral fertility to be present in order to build a vibrant system of life based on extraordinary moral principles in future. In reality the Land of arab was desert in all senses.
“Scholars and historians highlight Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a transformative historical figure whose single lifetime encapsulated the diverse trials and triumphs of past prophets—from the poverty of Job and Jesus to the leadership of Moses, David, and Solomon. Arising from a barren Arabian desert, his vision established a vast civilization spanning Asia, Africa, and Europe, influencing global culture and thought. As French historian Alphonse de Lamartine noted, his ability to achieve monumental, enduring results through modest means marks him as an unmatched genius in human history.”
Now the question arises, is there any personality in the history of mankind who have executed the most extraordinary services to the humanity? Any one through whose services the mankind got the real renaissance? Anyone who painted the human life with the colour of righteousness real in it’s length and breadth ? Answer to these questions is yes that there is one personality who according to the Phillip the Hitty was born” in full light of history ” whose presence has been made by his followers so live that there remains no doubt about his historical role in shaping the human history, who according to the encyclopedia of Britannica is “the most successful of all prophets and religious personalities “and who changed the course of human history .Mohammad (saw) is the only one sacred personality whose every fraction of life has been converted in to a full fledged subject of research. According to a great scholar of Islam Dr Mehmood Ahmad Gazi;”Prophet Mohammad (SAW)is the only one personality in the history of religions whose existence is historically proved. According to the strict terms and conditions of history not a single personality is historically proved .Even their own followers are doubtful about them. But this is not the case of prophet Mohammad (Saw),Whose every aspect of life is under the search light.”
Mohammad (SAW), the pride of history was not the product of circumstances but he created the situations. All the companions of Prophet who in the words of professor haiti “nursery of heroes” are the products of prophetic fellowship. All the scholars of Islam like imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Shafi, Imam Bukhari, Imam Gazhali, imam Ibn Taymiyah, , Ibn Khuldoon, Ibn Baitar, Al Biruni, Waliallah Dehlwi, Imam Albani, Alama Iqbal, Maulana Madoodi, Dr Hamidullah,Shibli Noumani etc are the products of prophetic School. Prophet Mohammad’s (SAW) success was not mere an accident, result of opportunities and product of situations. It was not a wind fall. It was in the words of a hind scholar” result of his admirable and all compelling personality”. Prophet Mohammad (SAW) laid the foundation of complete system of life in the form of a religion (Deen) Islam under Allah’s guidance. He full filled the all the previous lackings in the message of all past prophets. The previous messengers were just preparing the stage for the arrival of Prophet Mohammad (SAW) . They in the words of Allama Iqbal ” all previous prophets were Mohammad in the making”. He lighted the torch of renaissance in the sands of Arabia and converted it into the source of knowlege, awareness and peace.
Professor K.S Ramakrishna Rao in his book” Muhammad the prophet of Islam” writes “When he appeared Arabia was a desert -a nothing. Out of nothing of the desert a New world was fashioned by the mighty spirit of Muhammad ,a New life, a New culture, a New civilization, a new kingdom which extended from Morocco to indies and influenced the thought and life of three continents Asia, Africa and Europe”. All the Features of previous prophets are present in a single personality i.e Muhammad (SAW). Allama Sulaiman Nadwi writes in his book; “The life of prophet Mohammad started with the Prophet Ayoub’s and Jesus ‘s destituteness and poverty, but concluded with power of Moses ,empire of David and pride of Suleiman(PBH)”. Lastly we conclude with this statement that there is no one in the whole pride of mankind, who will be given the title of ‘pride of history ‘ except Prophet Muhammad (PBH).In the words of Lamartine “if greatness of purpose, smallness of means and astounding results are the three criteria of human genius, who could dare to compare any great man in modern history with Muhammad”.
