Srinagar : A 60-year-old bus conductor died after falling from a moving bus in the Muniwar area of Srinagar, officials said. The deceased was identified as Abdul Majeed Teli, a resident of Nawabazar, Srinagar.
Witnesses said the conductor was standing near the door of the vehicle when an auto-rickshaw collided with the bus, causing him to lose his balance and suffer serious head injuries. He was immediately shifted to SMHS Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Police officials confirmed that a formal investigation into the incident has been initiated.
