Srinagar, Aug 20: A driver died after suffering an electric shock in Uri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Shakoor Ahmad, son of Mohammad Akbar, resident of Uranbowa, Uri.
Officials told GNS that he suffered an electric shock and was immediately rushed to Sub-District Hospital Uri, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Further details regarding the incident are awaited, while police have taken cognizance of the matter.(GNS)
