Ang : Police on Tuesday said that it has booked a fraudster under the Jammu & Kashmir Public Safety Act (PSA) in Anantnag.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday Police said that pursuant to a PSA warrant issued by the District Magistrate Anantnag the accused, Tasaduq Hussain Dar S/O Abdul Gani Dar R/O Sadoora, Anantnag was arrested. Following the completion of prescribed legal formalities, the accused was lodged in District Jail, Bhaderwah. In its statement Police also reiterated its commitment to take stringent legal action against individuals involved in activities that disturb public peace and cause inconveniences to people.
