Srinagar : Further strengthening its institutional partnerships through customised employee-banking solutions, J&K Bank signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) under its Corporate Salary Package with FIL Industries Private Limited in Srinagar and Brahmrishi Bawra Shanti Vidya Peeth Higher Secondary School in Udhampur.

In Srinagar, Zonal Head (Srinagar) Sheikh Mohammad Muzaffar signed the agreement on behalf of J&K Bank, while Managing Director FIL Industries Junaid Altaf Bukhari represented the company. The agreement was signed in the presence of Cluster Head Syed Tasaduq Madni, Branch Head (SSI) Ubaid Ashraf and other senior officials from both organisations.

The MoU will bring nearly 600 employees of FIL Industries – one of the leading business groups in the Union Territory – within the ambit of the Bank’s Corporate Salary Package.

Speaking on the occasion, Zonal Head Sheikh Mohammad Muzaffar said, “This MoU reflects our continued endeavour to deepen the Bank’s longstanding institutional relationship with FIL Industries while extending a comprehensive suite of customised banking benefits to its employees. Through preferential products, enhanced digital convenience and need-based financial solutions, we aim to add value to their overall banking experience.”Cluster Head Syed Tasaduq Madni briefed the participants about the salient features and benefits available under the package, including specialised salary-account variants, preferential loan facilities, insurance coverage, and digital banking services.Meanwhile, in the Jammu division, the Bank entered a similar arrangement with Brahmrishi Bawra Shanti Vidya Peeth Higher Secondary School, Udhampur, which has a staff strength of more than 165 employees. During a ceremony held in Udhampur, Zonal Head (Udhampur) Arjun Singh Rathore signed the MoU on behalf of J&K Bank, while Chairperson Chinmay Jyoti (Didi Ji) signed it on behalf of the school.

On the occasion, Zonal Head Arjun Singh Rathore said, “The partnership represents our commitment to building meaningful institutional relationships through customer-centric banking solutions. By combining preferential financial benefits with convenient, technology-driven services, the Corporate Salary Package seeks to provide the school’s employees with a seamless and rewarding banking experience aligned with their evolving professional and personal needs.”

Present at the signing ceremony were Bank’s Cluster Head (Udhampur) Ritesh Sharma, Branch Head (Shakti Nagar) Nikhil Grover, Chief Manager Sanjeev Gupta, Admin Officer Brahmrishi Bawra School Jeetender Kumar, Principal Ashwani Kumar and Bank officials Sunil Mansotra and Asmita Malgotra. Through these partnerships, the Bank aims to broaden access to customised salary accounts, attractive retail-credit facilities, insurance benefits and enhanced digital services while further consolidating its relationships with prominent institutions across Jammu and Kashmir.
